Prime Minister Stephen Harper hopped on an all-terrain vehicle in Tuktoyaktuk on Aug. 26, before heading off to Whitehorse. Earlier in the day, he had announced that Ottawa will aside an 1,800 square-kilometres area in the Mackenzie River Delta for belugas.
