Schools, organizations recognize Global Dignity Day Oct. 17
"Every human being has the right to lead a dignified life"
On Oct. 17, many schools and organizations across Canada observed Global Dignity Day.
It’s a day launched in 2008 by the non-profit organization Global Dignity to promote the idea that “every human being has the right to lead a dignified life.”
Earlier this week, Global Dignity Day Canada released nine short videos narrated by its national role models.
The videos include a video featuring Curtis Konek of Arviat.
