This truck remains frozen in frigid Cambridge Bay in western Nunavut, where for days -40 C temperatures have dipped to -57 C or more with the wind chills. At these extreme wind chills, frostbite on exposed skin may occur in less than two minutes, says Environment Canada, which also issued wind chill warnings for several other communities in Nunavut.
