Tommy Annanack, the secretary-treasurer of the Northern Village of Kangiqsualujjuaq, hands William Annanack a ballot for Nov. 7's municipal election. William Annanack was the first voter to arrive after the poll opened at 9 a.m. in the municipal office. Voters throughout Nunavik are voting Nov. 7 for new municipal officials.
