Photo: Long-time co-op manager Yves Michaud dies

In this photo Yves Michaud, third from the left, participates in a news conference during the 1970s with Elijassie Sallualuk, Claude-Armand Sheppard, Taamusi Qumaq and Davidee Mark. Michaud, 67, died Aug. 18 in a car accident in Bolivia, where he was for Socodevi, the international development arm of a group of cooperatives. Michaud, a long-time manager at the Nunavik's co-operative network, the Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec, spoke fluent Inuktitut.
