Inuit leader Jose Kusugak was honoured with the Order of Nunavut posthumously this past week in his home community of Rankin Inlet. Nunavut Commissioner Edna Elias, seen here at left, presented the award to Kusugak's wife, Nellie, centre, standing here with her granddaughter (from left) Cadet Tatonya Autut, daughter Alilsa Autut, granddaughter Cpl.
