Canadian Forces members gather outside the Rankin Inlet airport Feb. 15 waiting for transportation to the Forward Operating barracks site. About 350 regular and reserve force troops will undergo cold weather training in Rankin Inlet, Chesterfield Inlet and Whale Cove from Feb. 15 to 25 as part of Trillium Response 14.
